Will I be charged a late payment fee if I don't pay my bill on time?
You may be subject to a late fee if your payment is not received by the due date.  Late fees will be assessed on the first day of the new billing cycle.  Fee amounts are $6 per month for residential accounts and 10% of the total balance due per month for commercial accounts.

Will my trash be picked up on Holidays?
Yes! Your trash will be picked up on all Holidays.  The only exception is that Indian Lake Resort and the Borough of Hyndman is delayed to the next day.  The Holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  
What time will my trash be picked up?
Please be advised that we do not guarantee a pickup time.  We recommend that you place your trash at the curb the night before your day of pickup. Service routes begin around 4:00 a.m. on the day of pickup.  We also suggest that you place your trash in a container with a tight-fitting lid to keep animals away.

Why wasn't my trash picked up?
Occasionally we make a mistake! Please call us and we will attempt to return that day to make the pickup. It's a good idea to put your trash at the curb the night before and make sure that your bill is paid.  

Can you pickup my trash in a special location on my property?
We try to accomodate our disabled and elderly customers as much as possible.  If you are unable to place your trash at the curb, please email us to request a special pickup location.

Will you take oversized items, such as a couch, bed, or refrigerator?
Yes. We will take these items with your regular pickup. There is an extra fee which will be added to your bill.  If you have numerous oversized items, please request a dumpster.
